Professor Valeria Costantino, Rector’s Delegate for Erasmus Projects, in collaboration with the Erasmus+ and International Mobility Office, is pleased to invite the entire academic community to International Welcome Days 2025.

The event will be split into two dates.
– On September 12th, which will see the participation of the following Departments:
- Agriculture
- Biology
- Economics, Management and Institutions
- Physics
- Chemical, Materials, and Production Engineering
- Civil, Construction, and Environmental Engineering
- Electrical and Information Technology Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Mathematics and Applications
- Veterinary Medicine and Animal Production
- Chemical Sciences
- Earth, Environmental, and Resource Sciences
- Economics and Statistics
- Engineering and Architecture Structures
The Welcome Day will take place at Monte Sant’Angelo (Building 1, Common Centers, Mangoni Hall – Sala Azzurra).
Incoming student that need arrival certificate to be signed, or that didn’t send by email flight tickets, could register from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m.
From 10:00 to 12:00, there will be greetings from the Rector’s Delegate for Erasmus+ Projects, along with presentations from the Erasmus+ and International Mobility Office, the University Language Centre, the SINAPSI Center, and the International Welcome Desk, who will provide students with the information they need to navigate the initial stages of settling into their new university and city environment.
Finally, starting at 12:00, after a coffee break, there will be an opportunity to meet with faculty from the above-mentioned departments, who will be available to provide practical information regarding teaching and the planning of all activities, thus helping students take an active part in the Federico II university system.

L’evento sarà suddiviso in due date.

- Strutture per l’ingegneria e l’architettura
La giornata di accoglienza si svolgerà presso Monte Sant’Angelo (Edificio n. 1 Centri Comuni Aula Mangoni – Sala Azzurra). Sarà prevista una prima fase dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 10.00 dedicata alla registrazione degli Studenti Erasmus+ a cura del personale dell’Ufficio Erasmus+ e Mobilità Internazionale. Dalle ore 10.00 alle 12.00 ci saranno i saluti del Delegato del Rettore ai Progetti Erasmus+ e gli interventi dell’Ufficio Erasmus+ e Mobilità Internazionale nonché del Centro Linguistico di Ateneo, del centro SINAPSI e dell’International Welcome Desk che forniranno agli studenti informazioni necessarie per affrontare le prime fasi di inserimento nel nuovo contesto universitario e cittadino. Infine, dalle 12.00, dopo un coffee break, ci sarà la possibilità di interfacciarsi con i docenti dei dipartimenti sopraindicati, disponibili a fornire informazioni pratiche relative alla didattica e alla programmazione di tutte le attività, aiutando così gli studenti a prendere parte attiva nel sistema universitario federiciano.
