International Welcome Day 26-27
Ufficio Erasmus+ e Mobilità Internazionale
L’Ufficio Erasmus+ e Mobilità Internazionale, in collaborazione con la professoressa Valeria Costantino, Delegato del Rettore ai Progetti Erasmus+, è lieto di invitare tutta la comunità accademica all’ International Welcome Days 2026-27 per accogliere tutti gli studenti Internazionali in mobilità Erasmus+ presso il nostro Ateneo.
L’evento sarà organizzato in due date e in due sedi di Ateneo: il giorno 15 settembre presso il complesso universitario di Monte sant’Angelo nell’aula Ciliberto e il giorno 22 settembre presso il Complesso dei Santi Marcellino e Festo – Largo San Marcellino, 10.
Per ogni data è stata prevista una prima fase, dalle ore 9.00 alle ore 10.00, dedicata alla registrazione degli Studenti Erasmus+ a cura del personale dell’Ufficio Erasmus+ e Mobilità Internazionale.
Dalle ore 10.00 alle 12.00 ci saranno i saluti del Delegato del Rettore ai Progetti Erasmus+ , gli interventi dell’Ufficio Erasmus+ e Mobilità Internazionale nonché del Centro Linguistico di Ateneo, del centro SINAPSI, dell’International Welcome Desk e del Cus, il Centro Universitario Sportivo, che forniranno agli studenti informazioni necessarie per affrontare le prime fasi di inserimento nel nuovo contesto universitario e cittadino.
Infine, dalle 12.00, dopo un coffee break, ci sarà la possibilità di interfacciarsi con i docenti di tutti i dipartimenti che saranno disponibili a fornire informazioni pratiche relative alla didattica e alla programmazione di tutte le attività, aiutando così gli studenti a prendere parte attiva nel sistema universitario federiciano. The Erasmus+ and International Mobility Office, in collaboration with Professor Valeria Costantino, the Rector’s Representative for Erasmus+ Projects, is delighted to invite the entire academic community to the International Welcome Days 2026–27 to welcome all international students on Erasmus+ exchange programmes to our University.
The event will take place on two dates at two university campuses: on 15 September at the Monte Sant’Angelo university complex in the Ciliberto lecture theatre, and on 22 September at the Santi Marcellino e Festo complex – Largo San Marcellino, 10.
For each date, the first part of the day, from 9.00 am to 10.00 am, will be dedicated to the registration of Erasmus+ students, organised by staff from the Erasmus+ and International Mobility Office.
From 10.00 am to 12.00 pm, there will be a welcome address by the Rector’s Delegate for Erasmus+ Projects, presentations by the Erasmus+ and International Mobility Office, as well as the University Language Centre, the SINAPSI Centre, the International Welcome Desk and the Cus (University Sports Centre), which will provide students with the information they need to navigate the initial stages of settling into their new university and city environment.
Finally, from 12.00, following a coffee break, there will be an opportunity to speak with lecturers from all departments, who will be on hand to provide practical information regarding teaching and the schedule of all activities, thereby helping students to play an active role in the University of Naples ‘Federico II’ system.
