Marine Biology and Aquaculture

The Master of Science in Marine Biology and Aquaculture (Degree Class: LM-6), based in the Department of Biology, aims to train experts who can perform professional activities recognized by current regulations with skills typical of the professional figure of the Biologist in all specific fields of application that are among those provided for the graduate of the Class LM-6. In addition, the master’s degree in Marine Biology and Aquaculture will be characterized by a high scientific and operational preparation in the field of marine biodiversity and strategies for the management, protection and conservation of marine environments. At the same time, the graduates will acquire a high preparation in the management of areas destined to aquaculture activities, care and enhancement of productive activities in natural and artificial aquatic environments.
